Weekend would be perfect to wear with khaki color jumper or black colar shirt + khaki short pants. An additional to look younger, wear a light color baseball cap or bucket hat.
I doubt if you can get it in Malaysia ,but something similar (less fancy) can be find in Uptown Flea Market. I think there are very less man in Malaysia who is daring enough to wear shoe like this.
